He knew there was a need for a business that specialised in the big machinery jobs and his background and experience as a qualified heavy-duty diesel mechanic meant he was the person to take it on.
Charles believed clients with heavy machinery needed to know they could come to a specialised repair service where everything they needed, whether it was repairs or servicing – was able to be tackled under one roof.
